Data Residency & Sovereignty
Last updated:
How SmartOne is designed to align product deployments with national data-sovereignty requirements – and how this differs from our public marketing website.
Government and enterprise product deployments
- Designed so that processing remains within the customer-defined jurisdiction or on-premises perimeter, as contracted in each deployment.
- Air-gapped and private-cloud options are available for sensitive workloads.
- Operational tax and traceability data are designed to remain within the agreed boundaries and are not exported outside them except as set out in the relevant contract or as required by law.
This marketing website
smartoneworld.com is a public brochure site and is not a sovereign deployment. It is hosted by WHG Hosting Services Ltd / StableServer on shared infrastructure in Dallas, United States. DNS and edge security are provided by Cloudflare (US). Contact-form submissions are delivered by Resend (US) and received in Microsoft 365. Optional spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA) loads only if you accept non-essential cookies. International transfers for these services are addressed in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Clarification on marketing claims
Statements that data "remains within the perimeter" or "does not leave the jurisdiction" apply to contracted product infrastructure as defined in each deployment, not to this public brochure site or to optional third-party spam protection. The residency commitments for any specific deployment are those set out in its contract and data-processing agreement. Contact: info@smartoneworld.com.
