These Terms govern your access to and use of smartoneworld.com (the "Website"). "SmartOne", "we", "us" and "our" mean Smart One Holding Limited, the publisher identified in the Legal Notice.

The Website is provided for general information about the SmartOne group and its government and enterprise technology solutions. It does not constitute a binding offer, a contract, or professional advice. SmartOne products, platforms and national deployments are supplied and operated by the relevant SmartOne group operating company under separate written agreements; nothing on the Website creates a contractual relationship.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website. This does not affect your rights as a consumer: if you are a consumer domiciled in the European Union, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of domicile, you may only be sued in those courts, and you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident.
8. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published on the Website with the "Last updated" date above. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
